30-Day Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 30 days from your original purchase date. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged product packaging.

  • You must include your original order confirmation email or the packing slip inside the return package.

How to Start Your Return

  1. Contact Our Team: Before shipping any items back to us, please reach out to our customer support team at info@closet-anna.com to officially request a return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a unique Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Pack Securely: Safely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all original accessories, tags, and inserts are included.

  4. Mark Your Package: Clearly write your assigned RA number on the outside of the shipping box or mailer.

  5. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees, unless the return is a direct result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

The Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return arrives at our facility and undergoes inspection, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the item.

  • Approval Notification: We will notify you whether your refund request has been officially approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

  • Payout: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened, altered, or used.

  • Gift cards or promotional gift items.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or defective, contact us right away at info@closet-anna.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the product you currently have. Once your return is received and accepted by our team, you can simply place a brand-new, separate order for the desired item or size directly through our online store.
